Jade PARKER - Goalkeeper - Squad No:1                      

Jade can be seen between the sticks for City having returned from a serious injury which kept her sidelined for 3 years. Jade has been with the Club since she was 10 years old and stepped up to the ladies having come through the junior section, and has since grown in confidence and experience. Jade has taken over the Number 1 position and has become a regular in the team. Jade has made a large amount of important saves for the Club and has earned a large amount of respect from her team mates and manager. Jade earnt last season's Most Improved Player Award, having made a huge contribution to the teams success.

Claire PAVETT aka Pav - Captain and Defender - Squad No: 2      

Claire has been with Chelmsford now for three seasons after previously playing for Redbridge Ladies. Pav has become one of the most consistent players in the team. Her coolness on the ball and her fiery shots have seen her score a number of goals. She can mainly be seen playing at the heart of the defence but has most recently been seen in the centre of midfield. Her ability on and off the ball has seen her represent Essex at County level. She has also has U16 and U18 England trails, was voted Club Captain this season where she will continue to encourage the team. Pav's consistence throughout each game saw her voted Players Player Of The Year, having made a huge contribution to the teams success and gaining respect from her team mates.

Zoe STRONG - Defender - Squad No: 3                             

Zoe has been at the Club for a number of years now, where she has become a familiar name on the team sheet. Zoe is one of the quickest and fittest players and this is used effectively at the right of the defence or running up and down the wing on a number of occasions. Her constant running and pace has meant she is able to run for the full 90 minutes, adding support to her fellow team mates. Zoe has even scored the odd goal for the Club.

Georgia WHEATE - Defender - Squad No: 4                      

This is Georgia's second season with Chelmsford and has made an immediate impact to the team, which has seen her become a regular member of the squad. Georgia arrived at Chelmsford having played for Focus and Ipswich Centre of Excellence. Although Georgia is one of the youngest members in the team, she always has a mature attitude and approach to every game. Georgia can be seen in the heart of defence and is resilient team member. Georgia battles hard and works continuously until the end.

Amy VERNON - Defender - Squad No: 5                         

Amy joined the Club in 1998, having played for Valley Green Boys. Amy made an immediate impact in the youth section, before progressing into the first team. Amy is a hard working defender with a fierce left foot, she will never shy out of a tackle and will always put 100% into everything she does. Amy's passion for the Club has seen her wear the City colours at every opportunity. Her continuous amount of team building saw her voted last season Special Contribution Winner.

Emma WELLS - aka Ted - Winger/Defender - Squad No: 6          

Emma has been at Chelmsford for a number of years now and has progressed through the junior section to the senior team. She is a quick player who can defend as well as attack, which has seen her score a number of goals. Ted is mainly found on the right of the midfield but on the odd occasion be seen helping out in the defence for City. Ted's improvement throughout the years has seen her represent Essex at County level.

Michelle DAVIS - aka Mich - Midfielder - Squad No: 8           

Michelle has played for Chelmsford for several years, having joined from Dagenham & Redbridge bringing with her a vast amount of playing experience. Mich is a highly thought of player from many players in and outside of the Club. Her ability with the ball has seen her become a constant threat at the centre of the midfield. Mich is a quick thinking midfielder, who has scored a large number of goals. Mich has represented Essex at County level before retiring to concentrate on her Club football. Michelle is a versatile player who can also be seen in defence.

Jasmine WHEELER - aka Jaz - Winger - Squad No: 9              

Jasmine has been with the Club for a number of years, after coming through the youth section before joining the first team. Jaz has become a regular player and is often seen running up and down the wing. She is a quick and hardworking and has the ability to run with the ball and take on players. Although she is small in stature she has amazing strength and will not be pushed off the ball easily. Jaz has the ability to use both feet with both skill and shooting and this has lead to her scoring a number of goals. Jasmine has become an important part of the team in its push for promotion.

Emma RIDINGS - Vice Captain and Striker - Squad No:10

Emma is one of the founding members in the team and has been with the Club for 11 years, having joined in 1998. She began playing all her games at senior level, coming through the reserves to become a regular first team player. Emma's pace and ability to run with the ball has enabled her to score a numerous amount of goals. This has seen her become team top goalscorer on many occasions. Emma is always quick to encourage the team. Emma can also be seen in the occasional game helping in defence. Emma has also been seen to score her 200th league goal this season. Emma has made several appearances for Essex at County level.

Kerri BINKS - Defender - Squad No: 11                           

Kerri has been at the Club since the youth section and has come up through the ranks before becoming a regular player in the first team. Kerri is the tallest player on the pitch and can be seen in the centre of the defence. Binks has the ability to run, shot and pass the ball and gives the team an extra boost with her long throws. Kerri has returned after a season out after having knee surgery. Binks has made many appearances for Essex at County level, and being voted as County Captain last season.

Sarah JOLLY - Striker - Squad No:12                           

Sarah is the longest serving member, having been with the Club for 15 years, and has come through the entire youth section at Chelmsford and has now become a regular in the first team. Her pace and venomous shot has seen her score a number of goals throughout the seasons. Jolly is a well liked player in the team. Sarah has represented Essex at U16s County level. Sarah's contribution to the team, finishing runners up in 2008/09 lead her to be voted as Top Goalscorer, Players Player of the year and Manager's player of the year. This is a great achievement gaining a hat-trick of awards.

Helen ALDER - Midfielder - Squad No: 14                      

Helen has been at the Club since she was a teenager, progressing through the youth section to become a familiar face in the senior team. Helen is a midfielder that has the ability to run with the ball causing extra support for the strikers. Helen can score any type of goal, which has also seen her play up front. Helen will work continuously, battle hard until the end and will always give 100% when she plays.

Leanne STUBBINGS - aka Stubbsy - Defender - Squad No: 15       

Leanne has been with the team now for two seasons and has fast become an influential and important player. Stubbsy came from West Ham United, having previously played for Colchester United Centre of Excellence and Maldon Town. Leanne is a young but mature player on the pitch. Her calm and coolness approach to the game has seen her become a regular at the right side of the defence. Her deadly right foot has even seen her score on several occasions. Stubbsy has represented the Essex County team at U14s and U16s level, making a number of appearances.

Grainne McLAUGHLIN - aka G - Midfielder/Striker - Squad No: 16

 Grainne joined Chelmsford in 2008 having played Gaelic Football back in Ireland. G came to England were she continued her football with Harlow Town. Grainne has stepped up to the first team this season having played for the reserves. G has made an immediate impact on the team, and is a player that never stops running and will always put in 100% into every tackle. Sharon BROWNLIE - Coach           

Sharon is a Level 2 qualified coach and this season is her fourth, coaching the team. Her coaching experience along with Clare's extensive managing has proved to be a winning combination, seeing the achieve many things with the team. Sharon's coaching experience has aided the team's success and she is considered to be one of the best coaches in Essex. Sharon joined the Club in 2001, playing on the wing for the reserve team before continuing her time in the first and cementing a position in the centre of midfield. She is a competitive and enthusiastic member of the team, who always gives 100%. Sharon's coaching increasing and positive career has now seen her become a head coach for Millwall Girls.

Clare ANDREWS - Manager                                    

This is the fourth season managing the team for the Level 1 qualified coach, her extensive experience of Sports Management has seen her settle into the team with ease. Clare's friendly approach and sense of humour has meant she is able to relate well to the team, as well as affecting players on an individual basis. Clare has built a good squad based on youth and experience. Her professional approach as a manager has seen her earn respect from other clubs. Clare helped guide the team to many achievements including being a finalist in the Essex County Cup and promotion through the leagues. Clare has respect and confidence from each player throughout the squad.
