Laura Brown pulled City level minutes before half time after the U's had taken an earlier lead and the Colchester regained their lead midway through the second half. The real drama was saved with only seconds on the clock when City's Kerri Binks fired a 30 yard free kick from wide left over the keeper's head into the far corner, to the delight of the large City crowd.
