  In the first game of this double header, it was LTD who drew first blood after City had applied good pressure. It only seemed a matter of time before the penetrative runs of Charlotte Barnard would prove decisive and she leveled the scores in the second half with a wonderful goal. Sophie Vale netted the winning goal with a clever near post volley from an inch perfect Barnard corner. Both teams played good attacking football throughout in very windy conditions.
